I am happy to put in a few bucks. But if Andy was trying to sell this one that got pinched. Why would he want to buy another one to replace it? I think he already had another for his V12 conversion didnt he? Seems from this experience he is out CASH. Not so much a car !! Is this logic correct ??
I would be happy to chip in too, but I agree with Graham I wouldnt want to buy him another 300 if thats not what he wanted.

Doesn't really matter If Andy was selling this Zed to fund the V12 project, then any cash will help, this is all bearing on the fact that he accepts our offers.
OH MY GOD!! I've been spending the last 2 days keeping busy so as to not sit and dwell on whats happened. Then I get this call from a very emotional Haylz crackers this morning telling me to get my ass online, unfortunately on the road all day, so she told me in depth about this thread. Words can't explain what is going on in here, I'm on an emotional roller coaster the last week and it can't be healthy. Truly the supportive words (and hugs from Lloyd) have blown me away to start with, but this.........this has entirely dis-membered what composure I still called my own. No Lloyd, I didn't blush, my jaw dropped that you would do this. If you had asked, I would have said no. I feel like a cripple...and Haylz firmly informed me that I was, so deal with it. I never expected/wanted anything like this. And was shouldering the load to learn my lesson (re insurance) and move on, and live the dream through the friends I have made on here, and to cure my twitching fingers at every tech day. Many people have asked, and to answer your questions, yes I was selling ( half assed attempt true, ask scump...I almost never replied ) to move with a 2+2 in order to transplant the TTV12 at the end of the year. I would never leave the zed behind, and definately now, this forum...no community, has shown me more kindness than I think I've ever received outside of my family.
