VIC Phillip Island 6 hour 7th & 8th Aug..

There was a little bit of discussion about getting an all Z32 team together for this but unfortunately the event is so popular that it was all booked out by the time we got the numbers, we will have to plan better next year.

Due to the NDSOC's close ties with the FPV Owners club, and the fact that they had 3 teams entered but were a little short on Numbers I will be competing in one of their teams. This is a great weekend of Motorsport, with 50 cars on the track at any given time there is always something happening. If you haven't got anything on that Sunday then feel free to wander down to the track and say "Hi", and if you are thinking that maybe next year you would like to have a crack at getting into our own team then comming along and seeing how it all works is probably a very good idea.

 

If anyone else is interested, I will be going to Phillip Island this Sunday to cheer on Pete's efforts in this 6 hour relay. I expect to be leaving Cranbourne approx 8:30 - 9:00am, my mobile is 0457-029822 if you want to make contact.

All you guys that complain nothing ever happens, get down to the Island and support one of the forum originators in his first attempt at this event (even if it is a Ford 300Zx for the day!)

 

What's the cost of something like this? Would like to hit a track with the zed some time next year.
