Alright, a lot of you probably already know about Nissport in Braeside, but if you don't, now you do.As some of you probably know, I haven't been able to start my car for almost 2 months now.. My ex-mechanic has not been able to help me one little bit. Simon from TTZ tried to help over the phone, but there wasn't much he could do without me getting it towed there. A lot of you guys helped as much as you could, with no results... it was about now that i was scratching my head and saying "What the....?"Jedi 77 decided to point me to Spencer and Joe at Nissport, so I called them. Within minutes Spencer told me what was wrong, and what it was causing. I started to say "If i was to bring..." only to be cut off by "yeah mate, we can fix it!"The next day, my car was on its way...
Spencer put me onto an awesome tow truck driver who towed my car 80 or 90 km's and only charged me around $100!These two "freaks" at nissport got my car started within one working day of having the thing, and they've saved me so much money in future repairs so far.If you have the mindset of "if it's a better part and only $XXX more, then i'll get it" these are the guys to see. That's how i always thought about my car, but my ex-mechanic was more "im going to save you money", even though i kept telling him no, i want quality parts.I'm just completely ecstatic here, I get my car back soon.. And these are the guys that finally did it for me. Thanks for everyones support while I've been trying to fix this problem. If anyone want's to take there Z to Nissport (which I highly recommend, they've had 15 years experience with Z's), then get in touch with them:Nissport Pty Ltd

A series of things, actually >>

I don't actually have the car back yet, i get it in the next few days because Spencer is doing some extra work on it, but it turns out that 1 channel on my PTU was dead, i was running Champion sparkplugs, which Nissans apparantly don't like very much, and on top of that, i think my CAS was dead... so no wonder noone could find the problem, it was heaps of stuff... on top of that they said that one of my catalytic converters was blocked to the shithouse and ended up spraying crap everywhere... oh well, on with the high flow cats :D I'll keep you posted on any other problems that pop up that could have contributed =)-- Ty
