    Subframe bushes are actually one of the few I would happily replace with polyurethane. Poly bushes are good for applications that don't require any kind of rotational movement or flex. They're essentially just dampeners to isolate the subframe from the body while holding it in place which is one thing they actually can do well.

    Energy Suspension do subframe bushes in urethane. Pig of a job.

    Thanks IB. They arrived today. Don't include center metal sleeve but looks good.
