At my work, we are looking at possibly organising a corporate day on the real race karts at Eastern Creek. Karts up to 13hp available with all the race kit supplied, so sounds interesting. Anyone been here and done this already? Thanks for your opinions / feedback! Link to web site >>> Eastern Creek Karts
Ive been on those karts. One of the best tracks around, the Karts arnt that quick though, the 13HP didnt seem any faster than some of the better 9HP karts I have been on.
All of them >> are down on power, compared to the real thing. You'd be lucky to get one of these up to 70kmh ,even though they claim 100kmh action, it only seem like that because your arse is so close to the ground. Where the real race karts do in excess of 120kmh in some sections of the track. When my son was racing there, his race kart was clocked by radar at this venue in excess of 130kmh. But hey, when your arse is that close to the ground, who cares.:LOL::LOL: It is a very interesting circuit to drive on & you'll certainly have lots of fun, trying to out do each other. Cheers Kerry
