I will check with Matt at Nistune to see if he will extend the offer of the current pricing to extra orders placed this month. Otherwise look at running another GB after Easter.

Do they come pre loaded with a base or stock map? so the car is still drivable untill you are able to get a tune?
    How much is the postage?
Mine is a 92 so i assume type 2 board?
And what advantage do you get with the purchase of a licence? the ability to tune yourself? or are some of the features locked out when you dont have the licence.

Yes, remember for install that Nistune is a daughter board that plugs in inside your ECU, so you need to remove the stock chip, solder in a socket, plug in Nistune and solder on 4 wires. Matt at Nistune does all this for an extra $55 if you send him your ECU.

    $20

Yes. You can opt for a base tune to suit a '93 model (no AIVs) if you want.

You dont get the licence key to the software if you dont buy the licence.

so do we actually NEED to purchase the license for a tuning shop to tune it or not ?

no i think youll find that most engien builders worth there tune prices have there licence key to do the tune if you want to make atune change yourself youll need the (licence/key) i think

Ok sweet. In that case, I dont supposed they have pre-tuned boards for R32 Rb20det with common mods, ie, exhaust, front mount, pod, vg30 turbs...

Your an asset and a credit to this forum - DINO

    Hi DinoZ

Just wanted to say my nistune ECU is back and now running in my car.
I got my licence number as well no problems

The main reason I 'm here is that I wanted to let other forumites know that your a real asset to this forum.
Not only did you organise this discounted group buy very well, you also kept in communication with me every step of the way to ensure this all went smoothly. I never had a concern at any stage given your ability to conduct this group buy in a professional manner.

I really appreciate what you have done for me and the others forumites here

once again - your a real credit to this forum and an asset and Im sure everyone agrees - well done  !

    Thankyou very much DinoZ:zlove:

Thanks for the kind words. It was fun to run the GB (and learn a few things along the way) and was definately made easy by the positive attitude of all the people taking part.
Not quite over yet as we have a few more people wanting to buy a board, and Matt at Nistune has offered the continuation of the discount for this extra round of purchases.

Im new to the whole Z scene, Ive got a 1990 NA and Ive heard that you can bring back much of its lost power from a tuning. I was wondering what one will i need, and how much will it cost me to get it tuned and running. Or atleast running so that i can get it properly tuned up later?

You would need a board & have it fitted, or fit it yourself, or have the tuner fit it & then tune it.
I opted to have NISTUNE fit mine, plenty of forum members have fitted their own.
When NISTUNE fit it, it is already programmed so you can drive the car just like it was before the board implant, prior to having it tuned.
I wouldn't count on tuning as a means of regaining any lost power.
You would find most purchasers of this product use it for the versatility it offers when modifying their cars, such as bigger injectors & turbo's, more boost etc.
Contact a tuner such as UAS for example & get a price on tuning.

I forgot to say, DinoZ has done an excellent job on this GB!
So, if you're seriously considering going the NISTUNE route, get in on this deal!
