Apart from Ben Justen and Mandie who else is leaving from Newcastle Friday for a convoy

if someone from Newcastle can come up with a meeting location and time via the inland way Please let me know.

Personally, If we can meet up at Weston somewhere, I'm good
Just need to know where exactly in Weston and a time.

say near the Kurri exit on the hunterlink freeway would be good on the on ramp heading towards Branxton Cessnock

 

How about somewhere in Kurri Kurri where we can GPS the location to avoid getting lost. Somewhere easy to find for those unfamiliar with that part of the world.

Glad to see you on here. I messaged you but just discovered it went to the wrong person in error. All good. So lets get this happening....

What's the new puma? a petrol station?
I will have to find out the address so that I can GPS it so I don't muck around getting lost. I'm not that familiar with that area.
Can you please confirm?

mmk, looking at meeting up with the sydney crew at coles carpark in bathurst by 1:30 (at the latest) meaning we have to leave by 9/930am (4 hours to bathurst)
the address of the pump. ive started the map from the street next to the servo, if you guys wanted to leave before then let me know (smoko/rest breaks, lunch?)
from jerry plains to a bit before murrumbo the road isnt a freeway by any means but looks like a nice country drive (and is all sealed by the looks of maps)
let me know if you wanted to change anything

So we'll meet at Northcote St, Kurri Kurri say at 9am. That is fine with me

It will be a beautiful drive!! (I'll be in my Z for a change. Not in the green Laser)

Thoughts Matt, regarding the meeting location?

 

no prob I thought departure was 10am

 

It takes approx. 4 hrs to get to Bathurst from Northcote St, Kurri Kurri.
Were meeting up there with everyone else @ 1:30pm
That means that we need to be leaving Kurri Kurri @ 9am + 4hrs = 1pm
That will be a nice and comfortable drive and sticking to the speed limit.

Are we good to meet up at 9am?

 

I have confirmed with Ben that we're good to meet at 9am at Northcote st, Kurri Kurri.
