so are these plastic or fibreglass, the bottom diffuser in black makes it look like plastic.......

 

the number plates will be fine if they are the same width as jdm.

All you need to do is bend about 2mm of the plate at each end and it fits perfectly. never understood why some dumbasses bend the plate into a full v shape.

 

yeah thats all thats been done to mine, a little bent in on each side, all the digits are displayed so cant see that as being a defect?

i think people that have spent money on getting personalised plates dont want to bend them for some reason?

I would be more than happy to buy from you direct!........but I fear if other certain companies were given the distribution rights to these bars they will more than likely add a greedy profit margin to capitalize on the popularity of the product!

The price will not just be dependent on the costs involved to purchase the stock, ship it here & add a reasonable margin for the local seller!

Someone like yourself or Caz will sell to the forum community at a 'fair' price!

But I know (as do most others) that if there was a price from Caz, yourself & UAS which one(s) would be the cheapest!.........no contest!

Most European countries have numberplates that are available in a Japanese/USA shape. The letters and numbers are stacked.

I believe twinz is shooting for a retail price of around $900-$950 US regardless of retailer (but if robs cheaper than yay!).

Honestly i dont care who sells it, uas, pzp, caz, rob, whoever if they can get it for 'ideally' a sub $1k price point i'm all over it. I cant justify $1500 from z1 for a fibreglass bar (because thats just dumb) but $1k is getting into the realm's of possibility.

Of course rob or caz can potentially be cheaper as they dont have the same overheads but at the same time do they have space for a container load of 50 odd rear bars???

nah, im talking US$900-950 to purchase from an aus distributer plus shipping. Assuming east coast distributer shippings only going to by circa $100, so over AU$1000 shipped but a lot closer to it than shipping from z1!

dont get me wrong if its silly money i wont touch it, I'm a clay modeller so I make this stuff, but that said i'd rather not & around the $1k mark is my magic number

 

i will still buy it if its 2k

The bumpers are made of FRP which is fiberglass with plastic resine to make it more flexible than common fiberglass...It's not as flexible as urethane, but still have some flexibility to avoid easy breakage and it's also easy to fix if needed.

Hey Guys, I've been looking for a rear replacement bumper and found this on the Z1 site The TwinZ Design Type II bumper with built in diffuser Has someone sorted out a distributor for Australia? and has TwinZ made this to fit the 2+2 yet?

 

er yes they have made the 2+2 version! :zlove::zlove:........ that's what this thread is all about! .........did you not read the original post??
