Hi all,The latest Hot4s magazine which will be released this Friday (25th April) will feature my newly purchased Suzuki Swift GTi Turbo, I couldn't believe it After all his hard work, the previous owner (2 owners ago) all his hard work paid off and somehow managed to get it in the magazine, to my surprise, the owner responsible for making the car what it is today sold the car back in October 2002, and the recent previous owner only had the car for only 3 and a half months, the reason why he sold it was because it wasn't fast enough for him. What puzzles me is that the article was probably writen back sometime before October and why it took this long to get it in the magazine?Peace Tay
Delay in making the mag... ...alot of freelance reporters submit articles to mags. One well known WA photo journalist is in this basket. His articles (the article themself not the subject) are of average (not outstanding) quality and are only used as filler articles (hence the delay).I could be in fact be wrong in thinking this has more than likely caused the delay.Just my 2c worth!

My car is on TV! I don't know if anybody would have seen this add but it is a "LOANSOME COWBOY" add about car finance for Jefferson Ford. My car is in it twice, with the targas off. The add is usually on late night at the same time all those 'call me, call me now' adds are on. I got paid $500 for it though=)
sweeeeet ill keep an eye out!! i watch alot of late night tv, since ive had a car, i go out and like to watch some tv before i go to bed, i see all the adult tv ad's and some car insurance ones, gotta start paying more attention. How'd you get in that? and payed $500 for it too!

My car is on TV too But none of you would have seen it. It is for a window tinting guy. I just got discount off tint. Runs in the Wide bay region (Hervey Bay) QLD. for Whale bay tinting

You didn't have to, but I'd consider that bagged. Like I said, I don't think Rick is THAT bad, but really, how many ppl in WA are putting together GOOD articles on local cars. I agree the quality of some of the articles/pics is absolutely apalling and it needs to be seriously upgraded to be at a level equal or better than the Eastern states P) Who is out there doing a better job? You assumed Brad... ...I mentioned no names. I stated what influential people have said to me (not a friend of a friend of a friend btw) and have also spoken to alot of people that have had their cars "featured" by Rick.Other people in WA.... Adam Webb for Fast Fours or Guy Bowden for Speed (and other magazines) to name a couple off the top of my head.
