Sorry for my lack of understanding the torque readings - what is it equivelant to in ft pounds or newton metres?

    thank you

That is NM at the axles, rolling roads normally give out some random number based on torque inside the dyno after it's been geared up or down etc depending on the dyno design.
Hub dynos give you the exact reading at the axle, if you divide by the diff ratio it will give you torque at the engine (excluding driveline loss calculations, you need to add a % to factor that in)

    2550 NM = 1880 ft/Lb = 260Kg meters = ficken heaps!!! :D

So is that 1880 ft/lb divided by 3.7 (diff ratio) = 508 - is that ft lbs or newton metres at the engine/crank?
