Has been a hell of a lot of effort to get the Zed up to a level I was only semi-happy with but still I enjoyed actually driving it to the limits no less. If I had to say it's definately a driver, not a shower, but comes up good when detailed. And andrew if you have to say something and then apologise for it later then it's not worth saying it at all. Perhaps engage brain before mouth. People are smart enough to figure you out whether you like it or not, but winning friends and influencing ppl isn't easy with an arrogant attitude like that.

haha - i just saw this thread, it's wild yeah it was a great day, the highlight would have been the jetcars, loved them and decided it was time to make a GT in the garage! haha as for the cars, great to see them all as for the wrx and supra stands, i must have missed them, cos i can't remember them - but i walked past every car on display, so i guess they just didn't make an impression on me... i did notice the evo's and porsche tho, partly becos of the franz stickers on them cool that porsche is nice~ I thought that dub's car was perhaps the nicest jap car there~ perhaps that's a no-brainer since it's the only Zed our cars are so hot~ like i posted before the motorvation tho, i think the plastic timing cover let u down dub - i encouraged u to borrow andrew's one that he has sitting in the garage from caz/smithysplace - it would have finished the look off nicely your interior looks nice! were there many GTR's there? i don't remember seeing them (saw one just coming off a dyno as i walked past) the gold corvette looked dam nice and i don't think that andrew has claimed that his car is nice - i've actually noticed that he intentionally doesn't talk about his car, so why people bring it up for comparisons i don't know...

Well now that I've actually had some time to sleep and recover from what was over a month of intense Zed modification and detailing I have realised I haven't properly thanked the people who unconditionally helped with it. Firstly Paul-Zxxx, made the multiple videos and got them onto DVD for display on the day. Just simply excellent quality of work and effort. I didn't even have to ask him, he just stepped up and laid it out. It's a pity the glue let us down on the sub enclosures, they really didn't reflect the amount of effort at the last minute we put into those unfortunately. He drove the support ute to the show and hung out all day just soaking in the show n shine and action at MV too, great company! You rock man. Josh, loud-n-proud, was always available to quickly drop around to help with things I couldn't do myself like bleeding up the brakes etc. Even though he is mid-thrash on his own Zed too, never was a problem. Thankyou man. Shaq, he tweaked the pc to allow some pretty cool media stuff to happen. Helped keep me sane when it was geting mad at work and in the shed, but was always available to help tune up the IT issues. Like you say man, it's what you do! Also has an uncanny ability to seek out excellent food places in the area. Much appreciated there Thankyou dude. Simmo for just being Simmo, frequent tech days got the drive going again to mod the Zed in a more complete way, and I wouldn't have even attempted to pull the EGR until you told me you could do it engine in. Caz, this lady was so helpful offering parts for the Zed even going so far as offering them just to borrow for the show. I've never come across such a friendly performance parts retailer, but she's always been a friend and enthusiastic supporter. The members of this forum have made it possible from the start so cheers to everyone that loves zeds and keeps the passion alive for everyone else too. It's never been about who has got the best this and that for most members of this forum, people in it for that will end up shunned and forgotten, but what do they expect hey?
