NSW Morning/Lunch Cruise to Gerroa - January 24

The Mrs and I should be able to make it. The 100,000 piece jigsaw that is my car is coming togeter nicely.

We might bring the wifes car out for a drive, can meet at stanwell tops, be good to see a few ppl from the forum

 

yeah, no probs.

if anyone from down south wants to come but not keen for the national park drive we will be stopping at the lookout at the end of the park.
i think its called bald hill.
we will be stopping there for pictures so feel free to meet there and come along for the rest of the drive.

national park is a fun drive with the targas off though, think about it...

Hey.. just bought a Z and want to come on the cruise but im comming from nowra just want to know a time i can be in or stanewell tops or wolo so i can to join in the cruise not just meet up at lunch.. thanks.. looking forward to my first Z cruise

well we'll be leaving homebush by 0830 so how ever long it takes to get from homebush, then to loftus to meet up with the canberra guys and then the drive through the national park.

i really dont understand why everyone from down south wants to meet at stanwell tops, the national park is a big part of the drive down and is really worth the extra effort to drive up to loftus.

Yep .... agree, the drive through the National Park is great.

In the past we have not paid the toll because we were not stopping in the National Park, just travelling through - is this right?

btw what is the meet up time at Loftus?

Yes, those travelling up from ACT / Goulburn etc will join up along the way. I was curious what the likely meet up time at Loftus would be. I'll likely be in the Godfather.

Yeah if your just passing through the park, you just bypass the toll booths. Ok we might come up to loftus, do the park run. Also if any of you guys are keen to kick on further than gerroa, you can go back through jamberoo and up to robertson, then down mac pass, its a awesome drive, and not much longer than back tracking the way you come, if anyone wants more details, pm me

i was thinking about that today at work, either that or a drive down through berry, down to nowra ect.

where are we meeting? and .. any idea's as to what time?. before we all caravan to the meeting point

i am still 100% up in the air, almost every auto shop i been to has given wrong parts and has taken up so much of my time, i dont know if my engine will be back in.

I hope this doesnt matter.. and i REALLY HOPE my fience and I are there.. however just before new years she broke up with me on a break and for a month (22nd jan).. and i dontk now if she will come back to me.. so i may be coming up alone ..

i guess depends where u are southwise... most of the ACT will be meeting up near goulburn (where i am) and we can grab others along the way i guess.

if the people coming fom down south want to organise a time to meet on the way up to loftus that would be great, i'm not exactly sure on how long it will take to drive from homebush to loftus so still cannot give a meeting time....YET


have had a bad week, the zed i have had my eyes on for some time now was sold from under my nose and i have been looking but have not found anything that catch's my eye.

i'm going to look into a nice litte 180sx on monday, nothing much but it drives, has a good engine(for a CA18) and a really good price tag, $4000 is what i'm going to offer so if he accepts that i will be running around like a headless chook trying to get a NA sr20 into its guts and ready for the day.
its no z32 but untill i find what i want its perfect, its great.
