Use n/a plugs, they have a shorter threaded bit ... as can be seen with the plug in the picture there are no exposed threads ... with the factory setup there are exposed threads, that's why I removed the boss.

This is another thing I did ... wasn't too sure what it would do, but the theory was to enable the fuel to disperse into the air flow better. Recently there have been some comments that these ventures should be left alone ... It certainly hasn't done any harm, the car is very responsive off boost, needing only the slightest touch on the throttle.

The left one is the std. one.

So are NA heads different, IE have a deeper plug hole seat, or do the NA plugs sit counter sunk in an NA head, if that makes sense ?

The plugs listed for n/a's have a shorter threaded/snout length there for they don't protrude
into the combustion chamber as far ... I don't know if the n/a heads are different to compensate, I think not.

How long is a piece off string?? ;) ... Can't be too much more ... really, got to be running out of fuel, only got 555 injectors ... the Tuner said I'd be OK at 16psi though.
So I won't put a figure on it ... according to some it shouldn't be making the power as it is, and they maybe correct, all I can go on is the piece of paper to say that it is

Nearly there, passenger assembled so driver side to do then a wash.

I will give it a couple weeks before color sanding and cut 'n' polish.

Looks good judging from the pics. Does it need a cut & polish? I want a bonnet like that. The nose panel is very unique, haven't seen one like that before. You should colour code the mud guards.

The finish is "patchy" ... I will colour sand and polish it in next couple of weeks.

1: The bonnet, I fitted a bonnet scoop from a Subaru but faced it backwards ... very functional and at a stretch could be factory.

2: The Nose Panel is a one off, some will say thank god !!! ... but I like it.

Colour Sand and Cut 'n' Polish done ... a lot harder than it looks on the "youtube" clips  ... result not bad apart from a couple of spots I will have to touch up later, just can't be bothered now ... after pretty much 2 weeks solid on this thing have had a guts full.

Anyway this how she looks now :D
