I wonder how many of you out there who are CBA customers have been able to access their on-line banking since Dec 23rd? I haven't - I rang CBA and was told it wasn't a general problem. However, I keep getting this "temporarily unavailable" message from them, and as it looks very "catch-all", I am suspicious that there's a heck of a lot of frustrated CBA customers out there who think they're on their own with this problem. OK, I know there is a phone banking service, but it doesn't make up for all the features usually available for bill paying and transfers using net banking.
It's annoying that they can get you "sucked in" to using a service like this then they do bugger-all about maintaining it around the clock.
    Banks

Thanks for responding - Yes - it's back up today. Even a little surprise..

An ad showing a Z31 Californian (1988-89) on my Netbank screen! :D

For a service like this to be down 3 days when banks aren't open is just not good enough, though!
