Heya Lads... what's going on in the Zed world?
I still kinda miss this place after all these years...

I even called the fella that bought my Zed,
He said it was sold a while ago, and went to Adelaide...

Well if it’s any consolation mate , I had thoughts about parting with mine yesterday after smelling trans fluid when I lifted the garage door. A period of “angst” followed while I tried to track it down in that bottomless abyss of an engine bay, and after resigning and driving it up on ramps , I “think” its just the low pressure J hose on the power steering.

I’m part way through getting everything in the left side of the engine bay out of the way to get to it, while I wait for the one I’ve just ordered from RGS Performance.
(And by the way Rob if you read this , thanks for your continued support for these cars and this forum. I rarely post but am extremely grateful . I couldn’t keep one of these cars without it.)

In the meantime I hope you can find your way back to owning one ; but just remember it comes with the “joy” of working on the damn things ! :)

    Happy Zedding all.
    Andy.

I like this website faaaaaar more compared to the Facebook version.
The reason is that here it's better organised and can follow the conversations easily.
I miss the days when everyone was on here offering technical information, making funny comments, personal builds and the amount of laughs I had.

    THE END
Yea Im certianly going to miss mine.
Caught fire at the Wanaroo Raceway. Not sure why but it was in the rear wheel arch. Thought I had put it out with my extinguisher but then reignited, probably melted fuel line by then. Track crew could not put it out so fire service came out.
Feeling pretty devastated atm. 10 years of development, tens of thousands of dollars gone.

    Pity about the car burning.

Wonder if there's a desire for burnt out cars rather than rusty barn finds.
