    350rwkw is pushing it ...
at some point you have to realise that the stock sized housings can only flow so much .

has anyone proven these with 350rwkw? Has anyone got these at all installed and dyno'ed?

Why do your turbos need braided oil feed lines ?
Is it because they need restrictors in them like ball bearing type turbos do , and are yours ball bearing type turbos ?
Also whats your estimate on rwkw for the 300hp turbos and @ what psi ?
And how long does it take you guys to high flow a set of stock turbos and send them back ?
    Cheers

I'll be watching the response to this question also as you've asked what i was thinking. :)

...but further to this, i'm also very curious about the lag difference with this 300hp version. I know Hypergear commented on the 320hp version saying it was very powerful but did make mention that it was very laggy.
So yes i'd like to hear about the 300hp version and its lag comparison. Thanks in advance. :zlove:

I've got the "300hp" versions in my Z atm, just finished the run in of the new engine so hopefully within the next few weeks I'll be getting it dyno tuned. If you interested I'm sure I could organise sometime to show you what they are like. I'm as curious as you at this stage as to how they are going to perform lol :p

The oil feeding thread on the 300ZX is different. also the stock turbo's got 1mm restriction valve on the feeding screws, which I really hate. But in general bigger turbos will be laggier. even with the small 280HP profile, definitely feel the lag, the engine capacity is just too small (1.5L 3cyc per turbo). Thats probably why they come out of factory with ceramic wheels in a such small turbo.

no ceramic wheels in a 300zx

ive seen Brads 300hp set, I was really suprised how big the wheels are, almost as big as my gt28r cores. will be keen to see how they perform.

Anyone who wants info on fitting shoot brad a pm.

my bad. Must got mixed up with GTR turbos. any way did a quick dyno tune with a 320HP profile ATR25 today on a CA18det Test car. Car's developed a turbo to manifold gasket leak and misfired with any thing above 17psi. I will do a full tune in a week with all the little problems fixed.

Car mad 210rwkws on 16psi of boost with of misfiring:

Yes I also noticed the operator tuned it on 3rd gear. Don't ask why, I wasn't aware of it.

  13. 320hp turbos

I have just purchased a pair of the 320hp turbos and should have them on in the next 3-4 weeks so hopefully I will be able to provide some positive feedback on these soon.

    Cheers

So what is your equvilant pair of turbos to a set of garrett GT28R's
    Or what about GT28RS's

Power wise they are very similar to the GT2860, But not the RS version. RS has higher trimmed turbine wheel.

Any way We fixed the exhaust leak plus few electrical problems and did a full tune today.

    ATR25 320HP profile On a CA18det with 256/8.9 Cams, 700cc injectors, Z32AFM and Nistune ECU.

Car made 220rwkws at 1.3 Bar (18.2PSI) and 240rwkws at 1.6 Bar (22.4 PSI) on BP Ultimate 09 Fuel

I've twisted the boost controller all the way shut let if run free boost and the max it holds is 1.6 Bar at 3600RPM. On road it is very responsive with solid and smooth acceleration.

Dyno's done on 4th Gear. But unfortunately the Boost analyzer broke.

Wow, very impressive! thanks for the figures.

Just further to these 320hp rated turbo. Can you please post up what compressor & turbine wheel sizes are + trim?

Why do you keep posting this crap up ? Its totally irrelevant ?

Hang that turbo off a 1.5 motor and post up the results

I bet it will be way different to what ur posting up.

How about trying not to mislead potential buyers?

Well I've been asked to produce max power from a single turbo so we did it. And this is the absolute max it can flow. The Comp size is 57trim 60mm and turbine is 79trim 53mm.
