Hot face cold feet

I have an auto A/C system.
Mode doors switch between DEF and VENT fine.
Only problem is the heater.
Blows out hot air through the vents but frickin freezing cold air at the floor.
Anyone else had this? How did you fix?

Locate a member with ConZult.
NOT the FREE version as it can't access the A/C ECU.

Can it be fixed via the diagnostic codes?
Had a quick squiz yesterday and pretty sure upper temp/lower temp diff was set to zero.
I'll check again.

 

It's essentially like the engine, if a problem arises, checking codes is usually one of the first things involved in the diagnostics process.
If codes are present it is better to be aware of them than not.
The ConZult software will allow you to check the operation of the doors etc.
If they work with the software the problem is likely to be with the wiring, wiring connections or switches.
If the system doesn't work with ConZult, it could be a mechanical problem, like something broken or stuck.
