Noticed when I rev the engine there is a hissing sound coming from the passenger headlight area, would this be normal? or is it most likely a boost leak.

the car is non turbo model.

    It's not normal.
It won't be a boost leak if it's a non turbo, but it could be a vacuum leak.
Got any hoses not attached to anything?
Check that the carbon canister has all the hoses connected.

    hopefully no snakes =D

had a good look over today and its clear theres a couple of things not connected so ill have to take pics and post them up here.

I know the car had its engine replaced at some point, looks like they didn't do a good job :(

Hi mate, turn your motor on and spray some degreaser on the suspect airier, watch where you are spraying and you will hear the motor shudder. Then check the line or hose, I do not know what it is called but you may find that it is one of the hoses on the square regulator on the back of the plenum, hose is about the size of you thumb, it will have a crake in it, you will need to replace it or if it not to far gone get some electrical tape and rap it around a few times covering the split completely. Hope this helps.
