Great trip and well organized, the hotrod museum has some absolutely incredible stuff there, especially for anyone with any interest in salt lake racing.

Thanks to Ross and partner (Kylie??) for hosting the BBQ, all teh food went pretty fast so hopefully a fair bit of money will have been raised too.

Plenty of cameras out so there should be pictures soon, I'm having a day off so none from me.

Yes thanks to Mick for a well organised cruise, thanks Ross for letting us raid your property ;) Oh and nice coffee machine Ross, I'm very jealous!

Nice to see everyone again, and some new faces :)

Hit rod museum was a highlight, Rod Hadfield has a nice collection and great knowledge of the history of all his rides.....makes me miss my HT Premier :( maybe buy it back again?? Hmmm

    Thanks everyone :)

Once again another top cruise Mick. Great lunch at Rosses place and the Rod Museum was well worth the trip. Also we got to look at a couple of bomb cars :D up the top of Mt. Maccedon , the photos should polish them up a bit.
    Cheers Dave

Firstly & most importantly...massive thanks to Mick for organising the cruise, Ross & Kristy for generously having all of us at their lovely place & having the bbq & to Mark for leading us from Todd Rd :)

Secondly, hope everybody had a safe drive back home. I had a really good time & the drive was awesome.

Absolutely loved the view from the memorial park...but the highlight has to be the lambos & porsches & maserati cruise :p which I'm surprised nobody mentioned yet lol

The museum was awesome & is something i would definitely visit again.

Love the pics Martin as always :)

    BADZX Grumpy old fart

He's one of very few men that is a true gentleman in every way, I first met him back in the early 80's with a V8 fitting issue...... no-one had ever tried to fit a cleavlend to a ford escort panelvan

mix that with an auto and a cut down 9" diff and make it look "stock" from the outside......

yup, rod and I got to know each other real well :D

over the years there's been many urgent midnight dashes from here to his place to grab something that I needed NOW, he was always willing to go out of his way to help....
Our last real test together was for V8 conversions for patrols and yotas, the yotas were straight foward but the patrols........
    :mad:mutter:mad:mutter:mad:mutter:mad:mutter:mad:mutter:mad:

    I used to be a patrol man.......

but I'm a cruiser bloke now
    :br:

    Next year Mick.......

    promise
    ;)
