geoff my zed is MIA currently(missing in action)for a plenum pull and other stuff.

My injectors were done at favazzo engine reconditioners in coogee at a cost of $150.
This included terminal cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning for 4 - 5 hrs instead of 1 hour, flow testing and new pintle caps.I provided the o rings from coz which they fitted.

ok a few more set backs, had to redrill/bore out a hole in the bell housing to re tap a thread for one fo the starter motor bolts, (10x1.5 up to 12x1.75) and drill out hole in starter motor. but eng is finally in. hook it all up, little bit of exhaust welding bolt the tailshaft on fill all fluids and i should be in buisness

    once again, another setback...
engine is all good and running well, but no matter how much i bleed the clutch, it wont build up any resistance and slave is not moving.....

anyone got any suggestions to fix or what the problem could be?

is there a hole in the clutch line?? bled bottom top then distant one???

yeah mate started with the bottom (slave) doing a gravity bleed then with the pedal. then moved to the engine bay one, using the pedal but still no difference in firmness of the pedal. could not see fluid leaking from anywhere, possibly the master i bought is faulty???

    Hey geoff

I have a spare master here if you want to try that, might be of some help.
Give me a bell on 0437 805 650 to see what we can arrange

    IB ?????

Start by bleeding master cylinder, then bleed point near headlight and finally slave.

Master should be good dude. Drove it 50kms home from pick-up point... Unless I managed to damage it somehow when removing? Was being pretty careful tho... Sure it's something simple :)

i think its just the seals inside it jamie, just trying to get it off to check at the moment, pretty hard with the engine in though.

thanx andy, havin trouble gettin it out of car though, one of the connections behind the engine ( clutch line into master) is rounded and rather difficult. just soaked it in wd-40 and taking a break for lunch. try again in an hour or so.
