isnt the way to go.

Machining rotors is bad practice unless ...

... it's just a 'skim' & the rotors remain within factory specs. 28mm min thickness, I think.

Re radius arm bushes - I got some nolethane bushes and replaced them myself. Easy job but you'll need access to a worksop press. I borrowed MikeZ old arms & pre-assembled them so it was a straight swap.

Talk to MikeZ about upper control arms as he's has just replaced his.

 

Where the hell was all this action? ... I had a peaceful

trip home, only saw the bike cop take off (I assumed after Brent0n )... After the third radar I got the message and decided to give up trying to keep up with K-Zed and his maniacal weaving and dodging and just tootle along on 100Kays @7PSI

I just wanted to thanzx Garry fr hosting the day and also Mark, rod and everyone who helped me out on the day...

It was great to meet the fellow zedders and also that it was a good turn out...

Mark: didnt get a chance to clean the throttle bodies, will definately have a go this weekend..

What that picture doesn't show is.............

All the red Zeds moved away from Fates Red Zed. Left him on his own.

Just in case the police came.

Sad when even the Red zeds that ya love the most up and leave ya.

Even on the motorway they left be at the back of the pack. They said it was so they could keep an eye out for the police for me.

Shame they got so far in front i couldn't understand them on the radio.

WAs such a great day ... showed ppl at work the pics and they said it looked great.

 

Yes his claims were right......

The tint was way too dark 5% has to be no more than 35%, and the exhaust does not sit 100mm high from the ground. oh well we live and we learn.

OK. It took a while bit I've finally go it done - Feels like I've been at work non-stop since last Sunday.
