I need recommendations for a new exhaust shop.

I was recommending everyone to the Muffler Shop in Capalaba but now I have heard 2 separate instances of them turning Z32s away. They are good at what they do and used to be Zed friendly but apparently not any more.

Perhaps they are simply too busy now and dont want Z32 work.

So if anyone can recommend an exhaust shop that they have had a positive experience with please let me know and I will use them.

    Ideally they would possess:

    1. good customer service
    2. good value for money
    3. quality workmanship

    cheers

I know it's South of the southside, but you've got to be prepared to travel a little bit for quality - that's why I drive from Ipswich to AMEC and not my local K-Mart Tyre & Auto... :bash:

CES racing in meadowbrook would be around half an hour from you, right?

Or a better option if you can get some jigs made up you can just order the exhaust systems?

CES does some mint work, but they charge accordingly...

Exotic Exhaust in Sumner Park also have a pretty good name, I think AZA has had a bit of work done there.

The Muffler Shop did my exhaust in the 89t and it kicked ass, but I can see why they'd turn away Z32s because that system looks like a pain in the balls to build. They had mine in and out in 4 hours and it cost me $500 for a full 3" mandrel bent system. I could see the Z32 system taking days and costing thousands, probably isn't worth it to them to tie thier shop up for so long. That's my guess anyway, either that or they turned away complete ricers they didn't feel like helping? lol

i get all mine done at

exotic exhaust at sumner park. they have done from my headers to tip.

headers to cats in stainless 2.5in i think it is mandrel bent for $300
and cat back in mild steel with some basic mufflers for $300 also i think it was
also had a muffler replaced on the nx real cheap without any fuss
