Events thread guidelines

    Updated quidelines for posting a new event thread.

    When posting your new thread, please use the below template.

    Date: -
    Address: -
    Time of start: -
    Event Details: -
    Approx. Duration: -

    The date and state of the event should be in the title.

    * If you are simply planning an event, details and date undecided, post 'Proposed Z event' in ZR Non Tech Forum. Once details and date are finalised, start a new thread here.
    * If you have a firm date for your event, post here with full details & it should be approved within 24 hrs. (PM a Moderator if more urgent attention req'd).
    * You may close your event in this section - use the "thread tools" dropdown in the RHS of the menubar.
