I'm watching and paying attention to what you Aussies are saying. I think before its over and you guys see the price the initial 500 sets may be a lot short. Thanks for your input guys.

Just been reading all about this clear headlight glass project you have going. looks increadible! i recently cleaned the inside of my stock glass and projector and thought the change was great... the pics you show of the clear glass upgrade is amazing.

unfortuntaly i cant log into 3zc so cant follow the updates from our forum, but if these can be produced and shipped to Aus for a good price I'm in for sure! the 2000 spec headlight inserts also look a treat too!

do you have any estimates of when these will be ready to go and a guess (in US$ is ok) of price?
I'll also be adding HIDs when i do this. perhaps if there is a big enough order you could bundle with some phillips HID kits? I have heard some suppliers offer great prices to bulk lots.....

anyway I'm honestly floored by you work. well done keep it up and keep Aus300zx posted!

ps just a thought if exchange rate/postage looks like it will hold back orders from australia there are some very enterprising members that might be interested in doing some collaborative work down here on locally produced versions of your great product. dont be affraid to ask around however of course I have no clue when it comes to producing plastic products it may be way harder than i realise and noone down here may have access to necessary equipment...

 

Garath , the cost will be affordable to every Zx owner...I will figure someway to make available. I haven't even gotten quotes on postage yet. HID's don't waste your money...the sylvanias I have in mine are awesome. With a .0062-.0080 lense thickness the HID's are obsolete...you are reading correctly..obsolete.. the light from the lenses are incredable! Estoimated time as of 8:16 pm , Sunday March 8 ,2009 , I am being told is less than a month. The prototypes should be in manufactures hand at the least Tuesday morning...will be lasar scaned , mold made and to production in less than 10 days. 500 sets in 14 days I am being promised. Even the manufacturer is enthused...go figure , he doesn't get paid until I do. That is the confidence he has in this aftermarket product. I hope to be shipping by end of March. Group buys are going to be going on worldwide. My tongue licking stamps is probably going to make me sick. Its ok tho.
If you can get this moved from "for sale" Z related to a general discussion area. Thanks for your input and help , Andy
