hi guys. i need to get my 300 in for a tune. i was hoping someone from the north can help finding a good mechanic who has some kind of computer diagnostic testing of if any 300zx owners can help.. thanks
What kind of tune are u looking for then without an aftermarket ECU? You'll need to find someone with Nistune to remap a standard ECU. Unless your just looking for a general tune up like when you get your car serviced
I thought it was pretty obvious that he wanted a service and a Consult type check up. What he really needs now is some one from the Townsville area to recommend a suitable mechanic. Search doesn't seem to bring up any options. The best option might be to buy a Bltaz Cable and Data Scan software and just find a good mechanic.

Go easy on IB, 81ING. You could do the 'smart' thing and actually put your location in the location field in your profile - instead of 'Your Mothers' :bash: That way people might actually know you live in Townsville ...and actually he DID help more than most others so far, by posting links to the appropriate tools he might need to diagnose his car.
He started it Benny C. If he doesn't know where i live then he shouldn't assume. He was just being a smart a55. I thought he was after a dyno tuner in Townsville coz there's plenty of them. If he was looking to purchase diagnostic software he would have said so and there are plenty of people in Townsville with Datascan or Conzult (myself included) who are always keen to help out a fellow zedder. Mate if your looking for some mechanics in Townsville PM me and i will give you some numbers.
hahah. you are right i wanted a good servise and conslut to get things running right. she has been not running good for a few months. and havent drivin in about one.
