    Engine & tranny back in with all running gear connected. Will need to take some pics of the new rear mounted cooler.

    While everything was clear I mounted the HID ballasts under the headlights.

    Massive diiference with the headlights now clean. They are NOT turned on in the photo, that's just the reflection from the shed lights!

    You can also see the new SMIC in the pic - they've turned into a PITA and the indicators don't fit with the blinker globe housing fouling on the intercooler

    Underneath, the exhausts are sitting closer to the body, due to the new engine & tranny mounts, so I wrapped the pipes with new lagging and then aluminium tape over the top. With the ceramic coating on the manifolds, turbos & dumps there will be more heat coming down the exhaust system that otherwise would be released into the engine bay.

    I think I'll need to pay ztoy a visit to come up with a diffuser design to mate in to the new rear mounted tranny cooler

    Picture is a bit glary, but you can see how close the intercooler is to the back of the blinker housing, so I will be modifying the indicators and relocating the globe holder.

    Working on the interior wiring at present, reinstalling the dash (lots of new foam tape and padding so hopefully no squeeks), removing the cat temp sensor wiring, connecting up the AFR gauge, so hopefully will be ready to fire up the engine next week.

    +1 on that rear diffuser idea. With respect, it looks like your Zed is taking a dump with the tranny cooler there.
