Diff Plug Thread Size

    Anyone know or can measure a diff plug thread size for me? Just had a clever idea on how to fix my stupid leaking diff :D

    Come on you slack bastards! Anyone want to get off their arse and get a thread gauge out? I'm away on site so I can't check :(

    use a bolt and put a copper washer under it :)

    Is it a metric/imperial thread though? Or a pipe thread? I haven't got any taps that big, and don't really want to buy one :eek:

    Yes, I believe you are right. I've got a copy GReddy high capacity diff cover for a S14 on my zed. But the holes are not a tapered thread. The plugs are parralel too, so they don't seal well at all... Looking for a tapered plug to wack in there.
