    Hi All.
Can anyone recommend someone who can help me out with a cooling system for my build?
The radiator will not be in the standard position but rather in front of the cross-member they usually sit on, and off centre towards the drivers side, it will be sitting low so will probably need an expansion tank of some sort.
I am limited to size so really need some good solid advise from a guru.

    Cheers.

    Thanks guys.
PWR do seem good to deal with, i was looking at them when i was searching for a intercooler core.
But i couldn't get the ""technical knowledge" (with who i was dealing with anyway)
It was just a, yeah we can make you anything you like - not so much a, what are you going to use it for etc to make recommendations on what would work best.
I ended up using ARE cooling because he gave me that kind of information.

Which i would be happy to use again for the radiator - cooling set up, but always open for other peoples opinions and feedback on who they may have used in the past.

    Col,
ive got a radiator mounted out the front. ill measure it up for you on Wednesday when i get home. its small and although i cant comment on its effectiveness the original owner claimed the car would get hot if driven in summer for over 1/2 hour if i remember correctly. Might give you a minimum standard as a starting point.
ARE helped me out 20 years ago, great customer service.

    Cheers Matt.
I am going to be very limited to size, but in saying that, it’s not going to be driven on the streets in summer ;)

Do you have a header tank fitted to yours?

Yeah ARE are great to deal with.
I have also contacted Aussie Desert Coolers and am waiting on a price

    AndyMac Better than you

You will need to plumb in a reservoir. You reduce the size of the radiator, your reducing the volume of coolant in an already small capacity system. The reservoir from an early 2000's mondeo fits in the location of the battery nicely and gives you an extra 4L. More coolant you have the better.

Thanks mate, but I ended up ordering one from ARE - shouldn’t be far off being done ✅
