Theres even a quote from a member of this group! These look pretty good and they're damn cheap. There's heaps of good comments on there.. What do you reckon guys?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=42613&item=2456643440
:!) BUYER BE WARNED :!) this is just the fluro-tube cover cut and install, please refer to the tech article and save yourself the co$t and trouble.
Cheap coz they're not the real Mcoy... Go out and get yourself some diffusers and do them yourself. Bloody messy job but it looks great and can save you heaps.[image]http://www.mustangmods.com/data/1284/cl2.jpg[/image] :YD
But.. I'm not the best when it comes to messy jobs like that, and I dont want to wreck my one set of original taillights and having to spend $300 getting some replacements.I don't even know what a diffuser is!! :`(
The diffuser is.......>> The plastic stuff you see in the ebay add. In your taillights it is currently orange, and in the kit you get from ebay is two pieces of clear and a few cheap tools to help you do the job you see done in this tech article. You are not getting a pair of finished lights, just the pieces needed to do the job yourself, at a greatly inflated price.
Ask WIZARD about cost ex COZ, USA ... ... around AUD$600, landed I think. Ron's clears look A1!And you could prolly sell your old ones for $100 to $200?Cheers, Rob.:-Z
But where to get diffuser material from? I've been searching high and low for ages and can't find a diffuser with a small square pattern.
