Mitch, the OP asked for feedback on Carcraze and I provided it. A couple of forum members had trouble accepting my version of events, and that was what I was defending. I mentioned that the issue was resolved in an earlier post (hence why I didn't come here slinging mud back when I went through the whole refund process with Carcraze), but the misrepresentation of the product was the real issue.
