just remember you need new o2 sensors and det sensor. Also get a boost leak test done Ross did you end up putting that bolt in that vac line we found? haha i assume so..
finally..... yeah after a few delays we finally got there.......... things we did were, complete plenum push and pull remove all under plenum hoses and grind of fittings for those hoses from under the throttle bodys water hose bypass throttle body clean and adjust throttle cable adjust paint plenum and front water hoses replace thermostat and the 2 little hose at the front replace 1 broken stud from the block to the lower water hard pipe replace all pcv, iacv and associated hoses COMPLETELY remove egr assembly(including the egr valve behind the engine block/plenum) and associated pipes and block of the holes left in the plenum and exhaust manifold replace lower plenum gasket, throttle body gasket, iacv gasket and a few other smaller ones fit nismo 555cc injectors, replace all fuel hoses and o-rings with those fit nismo adjustable fuel regulator fit new pzp 555 injector tuned ecu (still needs dyno tune) fit new fuel filter and hoses replace balance tube fittings vac lines and hoses remove radiator and hoses, did a flush on the radiator as well fit new silicone radiator hoses fit new hardpipes to match the blitz blow off valves all in all not a bad effort i think, still needs a tune obviously to get the most out of it and make it run properly, detonation sensor is dead according to datascan and the o2's are lazy, but we didnt replace those as we didnt have the parts on hand. the car was visibly leaking fuel beforehand and now works well no fuel leaks so all good on that front!!!:biggrin: took us a total of about 12-15 hours over 3 weekends of work so all in all a reasonable effort, alot of those hours were spent slacking of or looking for misplaced tools and gaskets and things lol!!!:bash: big thanks to ak for the spread he put on every time, we were tempted to hold off finishing for another week so we could get another feed out of you lol!! anyway enjoy auto salon! see you there from the spectator stands
