    Hey Guys,

So spent the whole afternoon replacing my blower motor only to find no real difference. I can hear it working but doesn't seem to be coming out anywhere. Any ideas? Only really need it to blow on my windscreen for when it rains.

    Thanks

Can you hear the flap motors working when you changethe blowing path?

Hmm I dont think I can...

Might be something to look into, only want to to point at the windscreen so if its broken can it be changed manually?

Isn't the motor on the blower motor itself? Because that has been replaced as well...

I don't know about manually changing.

There is a motor that blows the air. There is also little motors in the dash, that move flaps to control the direction of the air. If these are jammed it might explain why no air comes out.

With the car not started, and the key on ON position, with stereo off change the direction of air around a few positions, you should hear the motors moving the flaps, this can be done without the blower fan on.

Using ConZult, the system can be checked for fault codes as well as operating the door positions & adjusting temperatures.
