Advice on Cams needed

    Can anyone tell me about cams.I have a 1990 TT auto and believe that manual cams are about 20 horsepower more than auto.I have a spare manual motor and thinking of swapping the cams over.Opinions appreciated please.

    You best change would be the turbos, thats where most of the power difference would be.

    Then the cams. It'll give you a touch more top end.

    It's not just the cams.. the 20hp comes from a combination of the cams and the turbine housing A/R
