    A quick question . . .
Interesting to see if anyone has seen this before.
When driving with the Aircon on the z will stall at lights or when it comes to a stop with the Aircon on about 80% of the time ..
Without the aircon on it wont stall ...
What is happening here ..? Any ideas would be appreciated here . . Will the local forum diagnostic experts step up to this challenge ...
    Thanks alot ....... ..... :|

    My guess.....>>

Is that your Auxilary Air Control valve is faulty. The AAC valve opens to increase the idle speed when the AC is turned on. This is to counter act the drag imposed by the compressor. To test this theory just turn the AC on and off a few times and watch to see if the revs rise and fall.

Thanks alot you guys for the best diagnostic

a good Zed could ever need ...
from reading you posts it sounds that these are the logical solutions ...
Im guess that the only way to check the IAA unit is hrs of work in taking the whole Plenum of. Would this be correct ?

    You can do it with......>>

The plenum in place. I recently swapped mine over while chasing an off throttle stumble and it only took me an hour to remove the old and install the new one. Having the right tools for the job helps a lot. You should be able to test the unit with a meter while it is in place though.
