Interesting man, my mates RB30 has a 3582 with I THINK a .82 rear, E85 and a big regrind cam, comes on full boost much sooner than that, though he's only running 16psi. Put a 30 in it!
I don't know much about Rb25's but earlier last year my friend had a Rb20 R32 Gts-t running 20psi, he made 159hp on the dyno https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvdnaPJYmkM Later on in the year we went to QLD raceway for the drags and he lost to a Mitsubishi Magna, he ran a low 15 on the 1/4 mile  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dfl7vpQDZVo
I haven't managed to get in an RB20 that I like, they all feel torqueless, only come alive on limiter and by then you've gotta change gears!
So after much contaplaton I have decided to run the RB3025, fully forged bottom end capable of 1000hp. Thanks for the feedback and some people saying "why" its driving me more to get this build done correctly. It's my personal preference to put the RB motor in. I love the look of the 300 it's a beast, pair it with the RB it will certainly be one of a kind. I have the motor out of the 300zx avalible for purchase. U haven't worked out how to use the clasified pages yet :/z.
the short answer will be no. not stock. but with some creative engineerin g or a nice big bonnet bulge.....everything fits!
Cxracing make a rb25 kit for a 300zx. I'm not sure if there are bonnet issues but the cross member doesn't have to be cut. http://www.cxracing.com/mm5/merchan...=ESK-DP-OP-RB25-STOCK-Z32&Category_Code=300ZX Pic of the kit in a car. http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=578762
