Sorry to hear that bud. Let me know if you keep running into dramas with it. At this point the second round of the group buy is on hold. For those who arent aware, when i received these lights most of them were damaged in one way or another. Im not sure whether it was poorly packed or just poorly treated, but at the end of the day these lights were not in a condition I was happy to supply my customers with. Judging by the way the boxes arrived id say the problem was on the postal side. The levels of damage varied, most were scratched in one way or another and just differed in degrees of severity, however two right hand tail lights were cracked. In regards to the scratched lights, i spent about 10 hours over two nights in my shed meticulously sanding them back and buffing them to an 'as-new' condition before sending them express. To the best of my knowledge the recipients are happy with these. In regards to the two crack lights, ive taken the worst light as part of my set and gave the last person the choice between a full refund, or a half refund and a set of lights including the less cracked one. Naturally due to the refunds and the materials used to repair the damaged goods i have been left ouf pocket, and I am waiting on an insurance claim through USPS. Id like to thank all the people involved in the first buy for their patience and understanding in what was quite a frustrating turn of events. As I said above, the next round of tail lights is on hold until further notice and is dependant on the results of the insurance claim as I cannot justify the loss that I risk making again.
