2K Spec Replica Tail Lights - Preorder

With the aussie dollar plummeting I have been looking at other options as far as 2K Spec lights go. Ive got a good connection with a guy in the US who makes replica lights from the older style factory lights, and he has offered me a good deal if I buy at least 5 sets.

These are not cheap and nasty replicas made with fluorescent light diffusors and drawn on lines, these are the best replicas I have ever seen. When refurbished the lenses are polished back to perfection, cleaned internally, and sealed again to prevent moisture ingress.

One set (left and right hand light, NO CENTER PANEL) will cost $300 plus postage from me to you (about $30). I have a few weeks to lock in this price providing the dollar doesn't drop too much further. Once we have enough names ill collect payment via paypal (so everybody is covered by paypal protection) and order the lights.

Alright guys I've been given a rough time frame on these. After they are paid for it will be roughly a month to manufacture 5 sets. Postage from the US to me is just under a week, and postage from me to you is about a week (maybe less if these fit in express bags), so these will arrive to you in 6-7 weeks provided payment is made on time.

My supplier has suggested I order in two lots of 5, as it will reduce production time for the first five. each extra set on top could extend the wait by a few days, so im giving the first five guys the option here:

Are you happy to wait a little longer and all get your lights roughly the same time, or would you prefer to order in two separate lots of two?

 

The only difference I can see is the chrome inserts inside the lights. The copies have silver paint inserts compared to the OEM chrome inserts. Other then that they are very close to OEM.

 

Me personally and I think this goes for everyone else.we've already ready waited ages to get 2k lights, what's a few extra weeks gonna do...

Plus gives the typical zed owners bank account time to save

 

soooooo did we work out which ones are the fakes?

 

What Adam said I would say so in the close up photo I would think the right light is the real one but I am still not sure soooo.. They've gotta be good replicas then haha

 

The replicas seem to be more pinkier in the brakes, not the solid red.

 

Im not 100% certain, but i think that may just be the angle of the lighting. If you look at pics 2 and 4 where the lights are on an identical angle the red looks the same.
