I found mine at an acrylic/plastic supplier that I looked up in the Yellow Pages!
best thing was they gave me some offcuts for next to nothing!......& the diffuser pattern was a great match to the red brake light diffusers!

    Dont waste your time

The plastic around the lense gets levered back, its stretches and warps so when it goes back together looks like dog b*lls mine were done by an experienced converter on the forum and they didnt sit right, so just bought the real things from coz 300 on special 5 times better!

With the Aussie dollar the way it is atm, it's definately the best option to get genuine 2k lights from COZ if you're able to.

...but as said in earlier posts, just keep contacting any electrical suppliers/warehouse places for offcuts. You only need a tiny bit of flurescent light diffuser to do the conversion, and you'll find somewhere eventually that will either sell offcuts to you very cheaply or even give to you. :)

When Spoole300zx was doing these I tracked down who he was going through (at least I think so anyway) for the clear diffuser with the exact same pattern as the factory lens.

It was a supplier on eBay located in Melb .. I'll check my feedback for their username if interested, as I bought a sheet of it back then.

Though at the state of the Exchange rate, what a price to pay for genuine !

I actually got some of this stuff the other day to make my own clear side reflectors. Its called K12 prismatic. I made one side, but the prism pattern is just to big and looks crap but the 2k spec ive seen looks the same as the K12 stuff.
