VIC 1992 silver aus del 2+2 na auto targa

Up for sale is my 1992 Silver Australian Deliverred 2+2 NA Auto targa, need a family car kids don't fit in the rear seats no more and I can't afford to keep her. It has been my project of love but like most guys have run out of time and money to spend on her and hoping someone will give her a good home as she is a great car. I've spend alot on her as seen below way more than the asking price, but she has been worth it, she has brought us lots of joy. She might need a few things for roadworthy and in general so i'm selling her cheap hoping for a quick sale only $3,500 with no roadworthy as is. *Timing belt and all other belts
*new Nason Hydralic Lifters and all top end gaskets
*new water pump and all pulleys
*all water hoses including rear engine heater hoses and idle hose
*starter motor
*all filters air and fuel
*new front brakes
*new front windscreen
*new front tyres, rears will be roadworthy only 12 months old
*Hornet alarm system(upgradable) with immobiliser and remotes
*new drivers side actuator for central locking
*Polished rear cannons(have original ones will include in sale)
*nissan GT wing
*autotechnica racing seats(have original ones will include in sale)
*bluetooth/dvd stereo system inc upgraded stock speakers
*new Autotechnica steering wheel with boss kit(have original one will include in sale)

*new gauges (water temp/volt/vaccum)
*Blue led dash and pod lights

work still needing to be done or not reason selling cheap:-

-Paint is fading in some areas with a few marks but still looks decent.
-Car has a small oil leak which I think is coming from the sump gasket or could be from the rear main seal, I've bought a rear main seal but haven't changed yet(will include with sale)
-The transmission changes up and down not a problem but sometimes when at high speeds when you try kickdown third gear slips then engages, I've got it servived but still the same. guys have told me it could be the clutch plates or the A/T computer, don't know haven't investigated as it does not affect the way I drive her. Have a spare box which i'll include in sale which i bought from Forum member who claimed its ok.
-The cannons as great as they look and sound might not be roadworthy, but still have the original ones which will include in sale.
-When the engine is cold sometimes a rattle can be heard from the top end till warm then not a sound, guys in the forum advised it could be lifters so I've changed them spending abit but it is still there, since then I've been told it could be the vct intake gears, so i've bought ones with no play at all but haven't changed them yet(will include in sale). might not bother you as it completely goes away when at driving temp.


Good Points:-

-The engine is still very powerful for age, with great acceleration specially from stand still and sounds great. She doesn't blow any smoke and always stays cool as per water temp guage even with Air con on or really hot days, all the engine work i've done obviously has helped.
-She starts first time and idles perfect.
-I've got the interior looking almost new and very clean.
-all the main points for roadworthy are coverred like tyres and windscreen like new, also front brakes(rears might need to be done).
-The car feels really solid on the road. Test Drive will confirm
-All Belts including Timing belt, pulleys and hoses have been done.
-Car has been serviced only 2 months ago.
