In response to the 6'9 question, I've actually BOUGHT seperate boxes to put them into, I didn't want to somehow carve them into the existing infrastructure ^_^

AND what do you mean 400km to a tank is worrying? I thought it was good for a twin turbo, around town it goes through fuel faster, is this not reasonable? My friends with Zeds seem to have a similar sort of usage or a lot more, but then they have performance parts in theirs :O)

I guess it depends how you drive and where you live... it says in the tech section that you should be getting 450 - 500k's [around town] 500 - 650k's [Highway]

Utter BS, Once he thought I was going to buy his car, he rang me one night to say that he had to take the stereo out as it was worth $600 & some brushed aluminium parts he had put in the car.

The he went on to say that we had no deal as he still wasn't sure if wanted to sell. I believe he was thinking the car may be worth more & he was waiting for me to offer more to keep the stereo etc in the car.

When you adverise something for a price, you do all that before you run the ad, not after.

Buyer beware is a good old saying.

I see now it has noisy lifters among other problems with fuel consumption.

In the end I told him that if he wasn't sure if he really wanted to sell(another tatic?), then maybe he better keep it.

Now he has decided to sell again...................!!

I think everyone on this forum understands i've been honest from the start - you sound annoyed you can't have the car that everyone is interested in.

Read the original post, "I MAY have to sell it". The only areas I didn't advertise were some areas I didn't originally think of, they're even areas which add value to the car!?

Areas Such as the "brushed Alumium interior kit" FROM THE FORUMS, and the stereo, and Stainless Steel side cills FROM THE FORUMS, which AS YOU KNOW I said I would leave in there for you FOR NO EXTRA cost...or if you preffered taken back to standard (Which I have also kept) - just as long as I decided to sell it.
I repeated to you via email 'we don't have a deal yet' - I never advised you that it was yours, so don't act like I've done you out of a deal, because I havn't, and you know it.

Everyone who I have spoken over the phone I have advised that I may not sell it, because I'm not 100% sure, I love the car, and thats the truth! It doesn't have any major issues that could really piss anyone off, if sticky lifters on a cold morning bother you, go and buy a new car, everyone else who has inspected it has shrugged it off and has been really impressed or was good at lying hehe :O)

I don't understand why your angry here and why you would want people to be warded off from buying it?
I've been honest, and have reciepts for all of my work, compliance, paint work right in front of me.

I never asked an exuberant price or declined professional inspections - thats honesty mate.

Anyway as of tonight however I have promised should I decide to sell it, there is a local buyer who will be the first to know, who has already inspected the car and knows almost EVERY small little detail about it. He also knows at this stage I'm sitting on the fence about selling it, and now everyone else does too.

Does anybody think I"m being unfair here? I'm voting for your post to be deleted Reg, it's unfair and I don't understand why you spent the effort writing it.

Hey and about the fuel consumption maybe your right?

I'll get that looked into :O) If it could do 650Km's to a tank, I'd probably pay up to a 1000 dollars for that with rising fuel prices!

When i bought my car as stock i was getting 400-420 with Premuim. Now with my 19's on it I'm lucky to get 300!!!

I was told that they're such heavy cars that's just how much they drink!! Is there something wrong with my car?!?:unsure:

this car is evreything anyone could ask for n a zed..
i am very interested in this car and im willing to buy asap but Leon is undecideible on the sale at the moent as i would be too... it is a great car...
i have takin this car for a drive and it drives very smoothly and pulls allright....
So dont judge before you know everything buddy.. also the interior inserts suit this car very nicely...

on another note, Leon :
as soon as yuo are 100% sure you want to sell.. let me know straight away and i will buy it... this thing is a great car.. i love it...

I have been honest from the start, and it hasn't got BODGY lifter!! They just stick for about 10 seconds on a cold morning, I'm in ballarat, it's as low as 2 degrees in the morning!!

Scump: your right maybe we should open up that section, I concede that I should have been more decisive when I put it on the market as to whether I was ready for it to drive away or not - and for that I'm sorry for just taking interest :O(

I know that I am very glad I didn't waste my time flying down & driving it back. Still , maybe the lifetrs would have been OK up here in the "sunshine state" :LOL::LOL::LOL:

Some questions & answers from Leon that helped me make a decision.

Are you supplying a RWC on sale ? " I've looked over the car and it looks
great Reg, the car is AS IS, if you want to pay for a RWC you can, I'm sure
it will pass unless they're fanatical about tires (I'll try and get this

Does the cooling system have water conditioner in it ? "Absolutely no idea!"

Now just to confirm Reg at this stage there has been no money exchanged
between us, so there is no deal, I'm being honest with you in that I'm not
100% sure I'm selling it, and in that I should apologise because I was a
little hasty putting it on the market perhaps. However I most likely will
have to sell it, and you are my buyer at this stage - if your looking for a
dead set 100% certain deal so you have a car next week, forget it, because
there's a chance I won't , and at it this point
