Have you checked oil level? If it's only just been serviced it could be leaking from sump plug or oil filter. Or hopefully just spilled oil.
Try swapping a your new injector to a different cylinder to see if the miss moves.

ECU usually throws a code 21 when PTU drops a cylinder.

Make sure you have your fuel lines the right way(the two hoses can easily be swapped). If you get them backwards you won't get any fuel in the rail.
