WA New cruise thread - Southern cruise Sunday 18th October

this cruise isnt looking good numbers wise, what are with the wa zedders now they are lazy?

 

or all cruised out?

Seems we've gone from no action, to heaps of cruises.

That said, sometimes a smaller group is nicer and you get to know people more at the stops.

Also more regular cruises means that those that couldn't make one, can catch up at the next.

 

must be my influence ;D since i joined the cruises have increased majorly.

 

i think that youll find that we will get more numbers closer to the date, this is still over a month away remember.....
thats whats happened with the ones ive organised, slow build up then heaps of extras just before the event....

 

nah i reckon ures filled way faster the build up will always be slow due to the thread being new.

 

ah well, im going along anyway!!

so who else is coming who isnt yet on the list, let dave know so he can organise properly.....

 

New Bunbury extension...

Are you travelling down the new Bunbury Highway? This might peak more interest...

Rob, there is a pdf you can download that shows the complete route.

We are finishing at the Ravenswood Hotel, which is where the freeway extension stops, and the new highway begins. People will be able to drive up the new freeway extension upon completion.

I considered going down the highway, then coming back up the old coast road, but it might be a bit far for the northerners, so this time around we aren't going past Pinjarra.

Feel free to organise the next one if you want.

 

what day does the extension open?? me and a mate are gonna do a cruise down the length the day or 2 after it opens just for the fun of it....

at least not for a while anyway. Was all in gridlock today, as everyone had the same idea, might settle down in a few days though lol

After today it won't be uber busy... cant see half of perth wanting to drive on it for shits and giggles any day thats not the opening.

plus the morning was open for cyclists only, thats why there was a gridlock

 

Went down to Baldivis this afternoon - still gridlock. All for the opening of a longer road

I agree with ross. While the scratch/dent feels like a hug scar in your mind, its not stopping your zed from running. Dont let the t*sser that did this rob you of Zed pleasure.

 

...and I agree with Jinxed and ugame. A long time ago I had a SLR 5000 with a door bashed in courtesy of an f---wit who left no note,....I drove around for the next year before I could get it fixed.
Don't let this stop you enjoying your Zed.
