Dunno about Saturdays, we usually have guys working Saturday, but I'll run it past my sons as they may be planning less work coming up to Christmas. Sundays are usually better as other surrounding businesses are closed, which leaves a heap more parking available. Late November or early December would suit my end... again, it really depends on what suits the majority... and the tech Gurus!!

You can't help but admire the enthusiasm of someone who will spend 10 hrs to drive almost 1000klm(plus fuel), just to have HID's installed, and some rubber seals fitted(about 2-3hrs of work for a total novice).:p:cool2:

    Good

I gather that you will be working on it to put them in/on as a chrissie present for your Bro. NOT.:p
I'd come up on a Saturday, but Sunday is just way too much when you take in the drive home & work the next day, let alone the Kangaroo's that will need to be avoided. :D
Perhaps I should just avoid going to Sydney all together.:p
    Cheers

Any updates on what's going on?

If this one falls through I'd be interested in holding a tech day, but I can't really hold more than 1-2 (4 max) cars on my property lol!

Where have previous tech days been held in NSW (bar the Castle Hill Location)?

Sorry guys, I haven't been keeping track, just waiting for a few more comments.;) The latest news is that a Saturday Tech Day is now OK for us. We won't have guys printing on Saturdays 'til after Christmas. Seems most of the surrounding units will be closed also... so, I'm suggesting a late November/early December Saturday, as that seems to be the preferred day.
I'll organise a large barbie and SOME drinks (the leftovers from our last day where I over-ordered). You bring your own eats, families, jobs to be done...
It is advisable if you want Tech Gurus to help with a task that you list same so that the Good Guys know what tools, etc, they'll need to bring.
Give me a hands-up and list of tasks if you want help... if you're just coming for a good day out we don't necessarily need a confirmation, just turn up. But, don't forget your OWN food and CHAIRS... especially if wives, girlfriends, and kids are coming!! Actually, it might be a good idea if you can let us know if you have some young'uns coming, as I had planned to organise some remote cars for a set-course series of races on the adjoining parking areas... hopefully with a few prizes. Might even get some of our speed freaks to have a go also... be interesting to see if the adults can beat the kids!!
OK... preferred dates, please!! (No point me making an arbitrary date, as it doesn't really matter to me).

Forgot to mention... we have space for probably 100+ cars, with actual site and surrounding areas, and our main parking (concrete) area is at the rear of the building (Unit 13, 4 Anella Ave, Castle Hill, just around from the RTA and The Castle Hill Tavern), so kids are safely away from any traffic and easily supervised. No hoist available... yet!!:D

    100+ cars

I'm up for it - I would like to do a 200K service to replace some seals and sh*t. This is looking good :D

    Cheers
    Greg.

Hahaha... Don't get too excited there!! Parking areas include the front of our building plus a large adjoining carpark next to our rear parking spaces.:D

    Saturday, now we're talking ;)
The wife and I should be there then. Hopefully will have the Z back together by then but should be able to come regardless.

    Ben

PS, might have to dig out the old RC car too. I've got a heli also for some airwolf action but all I can ever manage is spectacular crashes lol

That's the idea... if anyone else has a remote speedster (or other), bring it along to add to the fun... will save me having to buy some!! Dates, anyone...??
