Could be a rooted sensor in the diff, or damage to the actual ABS unit in the boot.

Check out the service manual, there is a diagnosis section on the ABS in there.

as he said, could also just be installed wrong, when we replaced the diff in my brothers r32 gts-4 we got the sensors around the wrong way, and the abs/hicas was playing up + lights coming on

    STOP STOP STOP

If the damage work was done under your insurance GET THIS FIXED through the same method

i know its a pain but what if your ABS is stuffed as a result of the crash?

you pay month after month for insurance, and now is the time to get some of that back

do not tinker or toy with this. GO BACK to your insurance contact and get everything back to the way it was through them.

My ABS light has been constantly on for the past few months. All it needs it bleeding properly as per the tech article. A pain in the butt to remove wheels etc, but thats all it should need.

Can I suggest you get them to do it right, not ASAP as per your initial post. We all want our cars to be there when we want to drive them but you should make sure the repairers do their job properly. Sometimes you have to take it back (and back) and that means it takes longer .... but you don't end up with a problem that becomes yours to solve.

    Cheers,

    Peter
