    Is that exchange, outright or my existing engine done..?

    What about a stock rebuild / mild build..?

    ummm just new to the site and i wanted to know the difference between a short vg30 and a long one... i have a z32tt and would like to know what i have under my bonnet... looking to do some work soon too... all i have is a dog box and exeddy heavy duty button clutch. :zlove:

    You sure that's a dog box???? Such a thing for our cars would cost a bloody fortune and I'd think be nearly impossible to come by??

    The difference between a short and a long motor is the degree to which it's assembled. Hopefully someone else can give you a more exact answer, but they're not two different engines

    Maybe he means a dog of a box? Short motor - block, crank, rods, bearings & pistons. Long motor add heads, timing gear, covers etc. Just needs accesories to complete

    we do stock OEM rebuilds for around $8000, price depends on what maintenance parts need replacing.

    does anyone know the cost of a vq30det engine

    as its always been an interest of mine to see this engine in a 300
    especially since its all aluminium and before questions are raised over its strength nissan raced this block for 5 years or so with close to 600hp
