although I am on the net up to 18 hours a day for work so I just refresh the forum pages each time.

during the day as we have the net on all the time at the office... & it's usually on most evenings at home too!

 

while im at work, its usually on in the

background and I try to read as many tech articles and stuff as possible. so i guess thats about 8 hrs a day =)
