    Hi All,

Looking for a Z32 manual. I'm in the Sydney/Wollongong area but can look further for the right one. If it is an auto it must be tt.

Something that needs some work is fine/preferred. I've seen some great ones out there but above my price range.

    Thanks!

    Still looking.

Harder than I thought it would be :)

Your best bet is to comb FB marketplace on a daily basis. I see them come up occasionally... Still you'll probably be looking at around 15-20k for something registerable but needing a little work. The days of a bargain Z32 seem to be a distant memory now...

Thanks mate, I'm on every 5 minutes hahah. After the restrictions I will be able to travel interstate so hopefully it will open up some more options. Yeah the budget has definitely lifted. Anything at what I believe is a reasonable price is snapped up and then parts are sold separately.

Keep at it bro... something will come along. Believe it or not the cheap part is buying the car to start with! Then the slow process of wallet draining continues as long as your zed is on your possession ;)

What’s your budget out of interest? I’m not selling but from casual observation if you have around $20k to spend you should be able to find something reasonable.

Looking around the 15k mark. What are the thoughts on ones that need a new engine? Should I steer clear? I think because I can't check other parts, diff, gearbox etc running its a big gamble?

Personally I think that's a case by case scenario. Some cars may not be running due to an electrical fault, others may need a replacement motor. So your obviously going to need to evaluate the financial gap that you'll need to bridge to get a non runner back going.

15k shouldn't be out of the question to find something that needs some love, keep in mind rust or other hidden body work too that can quickly get out of control.

Well said. You will find something in your budget but be prepared it will need work. From my experience this can easily be worth more than the original purchase price...
Do some research on what to look out for, theres so many thrashed and smashed buckets out there.
