This is a ways away yet so I expect plenty of you to "save the date". Pretty much everyone who attended the christmas cruise mentioned that we should do it more often, so here we go with an Autumn get together and a cruise on one of NSW best roads.

    Date: Saturday March 23rd

Address: Meet at Windsor McDonlads Carpark, 242 Windsor Rd (Enter off Windford Dr), Vineyard.
Time of start: Meet from 9:00 for a 9:30 departure.
    Event Details:

    First Leg
We'll hang at Grey Gum for approximately 45 minutes to allow people to grab a coffee and a a bite, any stragglers to catch up, and any photos etc. There should be plenty of parking if you don't mind jostling with motorbikes...

    Second Leg

    • 11:15 depart Grey Gum International Cafe
    • Travel via Putty Rd to Milbordale
    • Turn right onto Milbordale Rd towards Broke
    • Turn right onto Wollombi Rd and then immediately left onto Cessnock Rd towards Pokolbin
    • Stay on Broke Rd towards Pokolbin and then arrive at Harrigans Irish Pub for lunch at 12:30
    • See route at https://goo.gl/maps/zXwpLHT49e82
From here it's a short journey north or south via the Newcastle Link Rd and the M1.

    Approx. Duration:
    All day!

The Putty Rd is one of the best driving roads in the state, so I hope you can make it! All welcome, with or without Zeds.

I'm hoping my bottom end will hold up enough to make this! If not I am sure I'll come in something, possibly not a Nissan though :(

Sounds great Rob, haven't done that road for many years.
May make the trip up to join in, it's been way too long since I've done a drive with
any of the Aus 300 group.
I won't be driving a Zed though :) as I sold it a few years ago now, but I will be driving
another sporty, all wheel drive sedan. :)
    Cheers

Happening in Two Weeks. I will put out a reminder closer to the date but if you're planning to come please make sure you take some time to familiarise yourself with the locations and the route (see google link in opening post). It looks like a reasonably good turnout including some additional friends from the Z33/34 crowd. There should be plenty of opportunities for photos and drone footage, as well as the usual food and beverages and banter.

So this is coming up in just over a week.

    A couple of general reminders

    1. Please arrive with a full tank of fuel
2.Please familiarise yourself with the route, stops along the way, and departure times
    3. This is a social event, not a race. Yes there are opportunities to enjoy your cars, but if you intend to behave in a way that makes other participants uncomfortable or makes the group of is out to be dickheads then maybe sit this one out...

Lastly I expect Harriman’s to be busy so I’m going to book one of the long tables on the upper deck. If you know you’re coming along please make my life easier by replying so that I can manage the booking.

    Thanks!

Sadly I won't make it to this one, too much work to do, including on the racecar.

Hope everyone has a great day :)
