    Hi All.
Does anyone know of a supplier of intercooler cores, or somewhere that makes custom sizes?
I'm after a bit of an oddball size.
    Around about 700x280x110.

    Thanks.

ARE as rodo linked or PWR are the only places to buy cores directly that I'm aware of in aus, both qld based I think.

    Thanks guys.
Yeah the trouble I'm running into is the non-standard size I'm chasing.
    Will keep on searching.

    Cheers.

You can always cut down in two directions, so long as the thickness is right.

Could try Bell in the states, one of the american guys recently had a custom set up made by them in non standard sizes

Their seems to be a few suppliers of custom stuff in the states and Europe, pricing is very reasonable but the shipping is the killer .

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

Your dimensions aren't too far from the standard 600 × 300 × 100 all over eBay...

Yeah I know their is a lot out their with sizing that is close.
I am trying to use all available air flow from the front bar, that's the reason for going a bit wider and a bit shorter.
And after a core only so I can fab my own end tanks as it will be only 1 in and 1 out

Have you done your research on design? Should shed more heat is you run the charge through the shorter path so maybe do side by side smaller cores with vertical tubes?

Have been asking a few questions, and getting some ideas with the folk "in the know" but I'm not aiming for the absolute best efficiency, and as most people are I'm on a budget.
Dare I say, it's some what of a red neck set up in the terms of I'm going to do as much of the fab work I can.
It's not gonna look pretty, but fingers crossed things will get pretty exciting by the time things are all done
