My 2 cents on the forum vs Facebook issue, I agree, the forum is much better, however, I do find myself using the various facebook pages more often for one reason: ease of use on a smart phone. I hardly ever drag out my laptop any more, and posting on a phone is a bit cumbersome.

I wonder if anyone had considered updating the forum to a more modern style, I have noticed a lot of car forums are compatible with tapatalk etc...

Yeah, truly wanted to go pearl white again. Like the first 2 Z32 owned.. But this one fell in my lap and the condition was superb ! So I'm red down..!

You're very fortunate to have picked up one that is in great condition with all worn/perishable components replaced. That makes life a lot easier for you.
I had a Red 280zx 2+2 for about 12yrs and that was a great car. I went everywhere in that and not once did it let me down. Back then I swore I would never have another Red car. Red and Black cars have/had a constant battle with oxidation if not polished regularly. Guess what colour 'Z32 I have! But as in your simular situation it was to good to pass up. Anyway enjoy your ride they still look and are a great car.
